The Lift-R System is our engineered solution for anyone running a removable canopy on their ute -

Built for tradies, tourers, and anyone who wants their vehicle to do more than one job.

It’s a fully integrated jack system for our X-Series canopies (13X, 15X, 17X), using custom-built mechanical jacks paired with stainless steel jack plates permanently mounted to the canopy.

If your canopy has an X in the name, it’s Lift-R ready.

Why the Lift-R System Exists

Utes are tools. And your canopy shouldn’t lock you into one setup.

The Lift-R gives you the ability to:

Remove your canopy and use your tray as a flat deck

Swap between multiple canopies (work canopy during the week, camping canopy for the weekend)

Drop your canopy at camp and take the vehicle exploring -hunting, fishing, into town, whatever the mission.

Store your canopy long-term without needing a hoist, forklift, or a small army of mates It’s about flexibility. One ute. Multiple setups. Zero compromise.

Heavy-Duty Lifting

Built to handle serious weight

The Lift-R System is designed and tested to safely lift and support up to 1000kg – industry leading worldwide.

To achieve that safely, the jacks themselves are purposely heavy, over-engineered, and stable.

There’s no shortcuts when you’re dealing with a tonne of canopy.

Minimum canopy lifting height: 800mm
Maximum canopy lifting height: 1400mm
Designed to fit standard utes to heavily lifted rigs - including builds like a 79 Series LandCruiser with a 5” lift and 37s (approx. 1200mm load height).

Anyone who has tried universal canopy jacks knows they wobble, sway, and feel sketchy.

The Lift-R System is different.

We’ve spent a huge amount of R&D time refining the geometry, tolerances, and jack plate design to dramatically reduce rocking and movement, especially when the canopy is fully elevated.

Mobility Options

Move it around your shed (with caution)

Each jack leg includes base plates designed to accept off-the-shelf castor wheels.

If you want to roll your canopy around the workshop, simply bolt on a suitable wheel set.

Important: Moving a canopy on jacks is always at your own risk.

Use common sense, a solid floor, and avoid slopes or soft surfaces.

Real-World Use

People have even slept in their rooftop tents…

Because the Lift-R system is so stable, we’ve had customers comfortably sleep in rooftop tents while their canopy is on the jacks.

We don’t recommend it - and it’s entirely at your own risk - but it speaks to the rigidity and strength of the system.

Storage: Keep it tidy

When not in use, the jacks collapse down to 870mm overall length, making them compact enough for racks, shelves, or vehicle storage. We also offer an optional wall-mounted storage bracket, designed to keep the entire jack set neatly stowed in your garage or workshop, out of harm’s way.
